Who provides GuestMaker?
GuestMaker is a product of Hotelinking, S.L., Parc Bit, C/ Isaac Newton, Edificio Disset, 3rd floor, D9, 07121 Palma (Illes Balears), Spain.
Which terms apply
Use of GuestMaker is governed by the Hotelinking Terms and Conditions, which cover GuestMaker by name, together with the documents listed below and any order form or written agreement your organisation has with Hotelinking. Section 2 of the Terms and Conditions explains how these documents relate. The terms are published in English and Spanish; the English version is the legally binding one unless local law requires otherwise.

Connected email accounts
When you connect a Microsoft 365 or Google mailbox, you authorise GuestMaker to read and send email for that mailbox on your organisation's behalf. You must be entitled to give that authorisation, and your organisation remains responsible for the accounts it connects and the people it gives access to (sections 4, 5 and 13 of the Terms and Conditions). You can disconnect a mailbox at any time in Settings > Channels > Email Inbox, and revoke GuestMaker's access in your Microsoft or Google account settings. How we handle the correspondence is described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
The terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Palma de Mallorca have jurisdiction, as set out in section 21 of the Terms and Conditions.
