The Hotel Brain crawls your website, PMS, menus and docs into a living knowledge base, one per property and at group level, so every agent on WhatsApp, web, social, email and voice answers from a single source of truth.
Every entry is embedded into per-hotel and group-level stores. A guest question is matched to the exact answer in real time, on any channel. However granular the ask, if the data lives in the brain, the answer comes back precise.
When a guest goes unanswered, the gap is in the knowledge base, not the AI. Connect more sources and the blind spots vanish: every property, every outlet, every price, embedded and instantly retrievable.
Ingested from every source, retrieved in milliseconds, and kept whole by an Auto Resolver that closes its own gaps with confidence scoring, trusted-source web search and your final sign-off. Not a side-feature. It is the brain every agent answers from.
Every source runs on its own schedule, prices hourly, menus weekly, policies only when they change. Each run pulls only what moved, promotes the newer value and soft-archives the old. Nothing is deleted, and no one lifts a finger.
Some things aren't a content gap, they're a rule. Author playbooks, grounding rules and enforced guardrails, scope them group-wide or per hotel, permanent or scheduled, and watch each one reshape a real reply. Everything is safety-scanned before it goes live.
Add entries by hand or just drop in Word docs, PDFs, images and Excel sheets. The studio ingests each one, generates clean entries, and links them to the right hotel or to the whole group automatically.
Every question across every channel is logged, clustered and scored. The analytics surface exactly which areas the brain cannot answer yet, ranked by how often guests ask, so you always know what content to add next.
Your public website, the booking engine, PDFs in Google Drive or SharePoint, the PMS (Mews, Cloudbeds, Opera, SIHOT, Dingus), restaurant menus, and your asset library. Anything else can be ingested via API.
Default refresh is every 6 hours. PMS-sourced facts (rates, availability, policies) sync live. Editorial content (menus, brochures) is recrawled when it changes. Staff can also force a refresh for any source from the admin.
Retrieved hotel facts help ground the agent's answers. If the available information does not answer a question, the agent can ask staff or offer to escalate. Checks help reduce unsupported answers, but a model can still be mistaken.
Yes. Anything the brain extracts can be edited, overridden, or annotated by staff. Corrections propagate everywhere (AI agents, channels, journeys) instantly.
Group-level facts (brand standards, policies) inherit downward. Property-level facts override. Property-specific knowledge stays scoped, so one hotel's brain doesn't bleed into another's.
They're a deliberate pair. The Hotel Brain holds the hotel's facts. Guest Memories holds what the guest has shared. Together they give the agent more relevant context, without guaranteeing that every answer is correct.
Thirty-minute demo. We'll point the brain at your own website and PDFs, then ask it real questions in front of you, in multiple languages, and watch the facts come back with citations.
