Guest Memories · The memory engine

Everything they told you, once.
Remembered for good.

Every preference, allergy, anniversary and pet name is lifted out of real conversations the moment it is said, on any channel, in any language, and written to a structured guest profile every agent can read.

Waiting for the guest

A guest never forgets
that you forgot.

Being asked the same question a third time is the moment a loyal guest becomes a transaction. Memory is the difference between a hotel that recognises someone and a system that processes them.

A notes field is not a memory. Typed, sourced, scored and read.

Captured without anyone typing it, filed into a slot the agents already know how to read, traced back to the exact line it came from, and available anywhere the guest is talked to or talked about.

01 · CAPTURE
Nobody has to type it
Every inbound message, call transcript, email and staff note is read for details worth keeping.
WhatsApp · voice · email · social
Web chat · PMS · staff notes
30+ languages, same taxonomy
“The detail is saved before the conversation ends.”
02 · TAXONOMY
38 typed slots
Not a notes field. Each memory lands in a category agents, segments and journeys already understand.
38 first-class categories
Custom categories per property
Typed values, never free text
“A notes field is a place details go to die.”
03 · PROVENANCE
Traced to the line
Channel, timestamp, message ID and agent are attached to every memory, for ever.
Original message kept
One click to the source
Full audit for every edit
“Open any memory and see who said it, and when.”
04 · CONFIDENCE
Scored, never assumed
A stated fact and a guess are not the same thing, so they never carry the same weight.
Per-memory confidence score
Low scores held for review
Stated beats inferred, always
“The system knows the difference between told and guessed.”
05 · DEDUPLICATION
One truth per fact
The same preference said five times across five channels stays one memory, with five sources.
Merged on capture
Sources accumulate
No duplicate clutter
“Said five ways, stored once.”
06 · INFERENCE
What they never said
Repeat behaviour becomes its own memory, clearly labelled as inferred rather than stated.
Patterns across stays
Marked as inferred
Overridden by anything stated
“Four stays, same partner. That is worth knowing.”
07 · RETRIEVAL
Folded into every reply
Relevant memories are fetched and passed to the agent before a single word is composed.
Ranked by relevance
Same store on every channel
No template, no copy-paste
“The agent already knew before it answered.”
08 · SEGMENTS
Memories as filters
Every category is a queryable field, so audiences are built out of what guests actually told you.
Any category, any operator
Live counts, recomputed
Group or single property
“Returning pet-parents with an anniversary. One query.”
09 · JOURNEYS
Read at send time
Each step re-reads the profile as it sends, so nothing goes out based on a stale snapshot.
Personalised per guest
Never a frozen merge field
Steps skip when irrelevant
“The email is written the second before it is sent.”
10 · HUMAN CONTROL
Edit, pin or forget
Staff correct anything the extractor got wrong, and a forgotten memory disappears everywhere at once.
Inline correction
Pin the ones that matter
Forget propagates instantly
“The AI proposes. Your team decides.”
11 · PRIVACY
Your tenant only
Guest memories stay inside your tenant and are never used to train a shared model.
Isolated per tenant
No shared-model training
Deletion honoured end to end
“Your guests’ words never leave your walls.”
12 · GROUP GRAPH
One guest, every property
Group-level memories follow the guest; property-specific ones stay where they belong.
Group + per-property scope
Recognised at every hotel
Scoped memories stay scoped
“Known at the second hotel as well as the first.”
Taxonomy

Not a notes field.
38 typed slots.

Every sentence a guest writes is sorted into a first-class category the agents, segments and journeys already know how to read. Watch a live line land in its slot.

Filters that read
like real people.

"Returning pet-parents with an anniversary in the next month" is a memory query. Segments treat memories as first-class filter fields, and every journey step re-reads them at send time, never a stale template.

Memory analytics

Captured is one thing.
Actually used is the point.

See what is being remembered, which categories are thin, and how often a memory actually changed a reply, a journey or an offer. Coverage you can act on, not a vanity counter.

07 · FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

A note is a paragraph nobody reads. A memory is a typed record: a category, a structured value, a confidence score and the exact message it came from. Because it is typed, agents can act on it, segments can filter on it and journeys can personalise with it, none of which a free-text note allows.

Every inbound conversation: WhatsApp, voice call transcripts, email threads, web chat, Instagram and Facebook DMs, plus PMS and staff notes. Nobody on your team has to type anything, though staff can add or correct a memory by hand at any time.

Every memory carries a confidence score and its original source. Low-confidence extractions are held for review rather than used. Anything already saved can be corrected inline or forgotten in one click, and forgetting removes it from every agent, segment and journey immediately.

A stated memory is something the guest actually said. An inferred one is a pattern we observed, such as the same companion across four stays. Inferred memories are always labelled as such, and anything the guest states directly overrides them.

No. Memories live in your tenant only and are never used to train a shared model. Deletion requests are honoured end to end, across the memory store and everything that reads from it.

Yes. There are 38 first-class categories out of the box, and you can add custom ones per property. Custom categories behave exactly like the built-in ones: queryable from segments, readable by agents, usable in journeys.

They are a deliberate pair. The Hotel Brain holds what the hotel knows, its facts, prices and policies. Guest Memories holds what the guest told you. Together, every reply is both factually correct and personally relevant.
